- If not using cash to buy for home, we'll connect you with an awesome lender that will (hopefully) pre-approve you for a mortgage
- We both search the market for homes that suit you - not all do!
- When a property catches your eye, Ted reviews the Seller's Disclosure, pictures & room sizes. Assuming that all checks out ....
- We visit homes - Ted's uses his fine eye to point out the good, the bad, and the ugly. This is a huge time and money saver that you'll really appreciate
- When we find THE home, Ted performs a comprehensive valuation and ca sales contract submitted
- Your contract is either accepted, rejected, countered
- Once contract is accepted, inspections are ordered, lender notified and title company engaged.
- Inspections results are negotiated (if needed) or contract terminated
- We prep you for closing
- We with you at the closing
